Return & Refund Policy – BLK MADONNA
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@blkmadonna.com. Return address details will be provided once your return request is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or

If your item was never received.
All other approved return requests will receive store credit only, which will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received confirmation, please contact us at info@blkmadonna.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is approved and processed. We do not hold or reserve inventory for exchange requests.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
